It was a Friday arvo in February 2025.  
I cracked a crisp lager, reached for the usual oily chips and choco bars mix in the office…and thought, 

"Surely we can do better than this?"

After dozens of burnt baking trays, late-night spice trials, and “taste-test” sessions with my homies, Gnomnivore was born.
