Processing & Dispatch

Delivery & Service Areas:
We do shipping across Melbourne suburbs & Geelong to Australia Wide.

Dispatch Time

  • Cut-off: Orders placed before 12 pm AEST (Mon–Fri) ship next business day; all others dispatch within 2-4 business days.
  • High-volume periods: During product launches or public-holiday sales dispatch may take up to 3 business days.
  • Business hours: Our fulfilment team packs and dispatches from Monday to Friday only (closed weekends & Vic public holidays). This is to prevent parcels sitting in depots over the weekend.

FREE Standard shipping applies automatically to baskets $100 AUD or more after discounts and before shipping.

Tracking, Authority to Leave & Heat-Safe Delivery

  • A tracking link is emailed once Australia Post scans your parcel.
  • Authority to Leave (ATL): Our labels authorise drivers to leave parcels in a shaded, safe place. If no suitable spot exists, Australia Post will card your parcel to the nearest post office for collection.
  • ATL risk notice: Selecting Safe Drop in your tracking portal or leaving delivery instructions transfers risk to you once the parcel is scanned as delivered. Lost or damaged ATL items cannot be refunded or replaced.
  • All parcels carry a “Do Not Leave in Direct Sunlight - Food Item” sticker and ship in heat-reflective satchels or cartons.

PO Boxes, Parcel Lockers & Remote Areas

  • We ship to all PO Boxes and Parcel Lockers nationwide.
  • Flat rates apply to every Australian postcode; remote WA/NT/TAS deliveries may add 2-3 days to the transit estimate.

Undeliverable or Incorrect Addresses

If a parcel is returned to us because it was unclaimed, refused or the address was incorrect, we’ll email you to arrange reshipping. A new freight charge will apply.

Lost, Delayed or Damaged in Transit

  • A parcel is deemed “lost” if it shows no movement for 10 business days after the last scan.
  • Once deemed lost or proven damaged, we will reship or refund in full at our expense.
  • We are not liable for delays caused by Australia Post once the parcel is in transit.

Pending Payments

Orders are dispatched only after payment clears. If your order status is “payment pending,” please confirm with your payment provider.

Order Edits & Cancellations

You may request address changes or cancellation up until 12 pm AEST on the dispatch day. After this point, the order is locked for fulfilment.

International Shipping

We currently ship within Australia only while we scale production. Please contact us for future export enquiries.
